Bradley, Drendel & Jeanney originally came to us for help freshening up their television ads. But as we started digging in on a brief, they realized they needed more. For us to do our best job and come up with a messaging strategy that was actually different from all their competitors (and there are a lot of competitors) they’d need us to develop a new brand platform along with a narrative that could be the basis for all their creative communications moving forward. We took them through our brand strategy process, which led to a messaging angle that became the cornerstone for their first TV campaigns in about a decade, “BDJ & You.” This campaign took a very personal approach, telling the stories of archetypal clients in all the different categories they can help with.
