Direct marketing is as vital to cannabis brands as THC is to get “soaring.” While we love working on big brand ideas, taking that brand and translating it to direct marketing, sales, and promotions is key to success. We developed and managed Shangri-La’s email and text marketing programs (first on Alpine IQ, then Springbig) so they could communicate with their customers one-to-one. As part of this, we developed all creative (copy and graphics) for all emails and text message campaigns and made sure it was compliant with all state and platform regulations. As part of this, we also launched campaigns in each state to encourage customers to sign up for texts and emails. It’s a beast of a job, but it’s one that made a real difference in reaching every single customer.
